Growing Direct is a sourcing specialist, matching customer needs with producer capabilities and providing new direct routes to target markets. We work with businesses to identify and open up the fresh food supply chain in a transparent and value adding way.  We help you to develop your Key customer relations or alternatively fulfil this role on your behalf.  Growing Direct ensures the supplier relationship is always under your control; delivering the messages you want about your business.  Our goal is to provide effective and mutually profitable working relationships between Customer and Supplier, developing long-term business relationships.

Growing Direct is owned by Carol Ford - with over 20 years of fresh food experience working in fast paced and performance driven environments and specifically in roles such as Sales, Marketing, Category Management, Operations and Strategy development and implementation. Knowledge and experience crosses from retail buying through to supplier Category development and management, critically to champion the grower and the producer in the UK and across the globe. Most importantly is the ability to translate retailer language into visible business opportunities in a creative and cost effective way. This has been successfully achieved by expanding direct grower businesses within the Fresh Produce industry resulting in real win/win outcomes for both the grower base and the customer.
